Tarek “TK” Mercho is a driven attorney originally hailing from Noblesville, Indiana. Tarek grew up in Central Indiana and has developed a diverse and broad network of connections that allows his to efficiently assist clients in solving their problems. Tarek has developed expertise in numerous practice areas including Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Criminal Expungement. In addition, Tarek is well versed in Real Estate, Construction Law and Employment Law and frequently assists clients in addressing these types of issues.
When Tarek accepts a client relationship he vigorously pursues every available option to help his client. He has helped secure numerous large settlements for Plaintiffs. He has done so by navigating the maze of roadblocks that insurance companies attempt to place in front of individuals who are entitled to compensation. Tarek has obtained multiple 6 and 7-figure recoveries for his clients.
Tarek attended Indiana University- Bloomington where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2003. Tarek continued his education at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2006.
